He conducts program for teachers and parents.

He has served as Resource Person for train the selected students of in and around Salem Educational District, who will be participating in the “Young Scientist Contest” which will be held at New Delhi, every year, 4th week of December, which will be presided over by President of India.

Being organised by Tamilnadu Science Forum, Salem, and J Baskaran used the opportunity to train the students of many number of schools, in particular remote village schools.

He has involved himself and done this project as total service to the students’ fraternity for continuous five years.  He had immense satisfaction means students received rewards and awards.

His passion towards Coaching and Trainings has led him to leave job from the corporate PSU company SAIL.
